Cleaning & Scrubbing
Can wait 'til tomorrow
For babies grow up
We learn to our sorrow

So quiet down cobwebs
Dust go to sleep
I'm rocking my baby
And babies don't keep

I love that!! I've never heard it before (but it fits perfectly with a post I did awhile ago where I didn't do anything on my to-do list so I could just rock my baby to sleep)! Thanks for sharing! I'm printing and puttting it on my fridge :)

Chari,
Ah, if only he had stayed that little. Hard to believe that picture was taken over a year ago. BOO HOO!

Jackie,
Thanks. :-) The poem is from a little book called "Lord, help me to build a healthy child" by Ruth Hulbert Hamilton. Very encouraging little book. I will post more of her stuff in the future.
Yes, sometimes we need to just love on our babies and let everything else go. :-) Glad you enjoyed it.
