Summer Survival Guide- Joovy Caboose Ultralight Review!

There are a lot of double strollers on the market today and all offer their own unique features. One thing most double strollers have in common is they are large and heavy. Often times as a mom you just need to go into a store for a few minutes or run a quick errand. Lifting a big, heavy stroller out of your car is not at all convenient! This is what attracted me to the Joovy Caboose Ultralight!

The Joovy Caboose Ultralight weighs only 21 pounds and can easily be lifted in and out of the trunk of your car with ease. I have used this stroller several times in one day and experienced no back pain! This is good news for me as I had major back surgery for scoliosis when I was young. I often get back pain, especially on days when I lift more than I should. I also love how easily this stroller opens up and folds back down. Very simple! Definitely a no hassle stroller.

Besides being a lightweight double stroller the Joovy Caboose Ultalight has so many features to be excited about! For starts, if you are unfamiliar with the Joovy Caboose design it is approximately the size of your typical single stroller with the capabilities of a tandem. The Caboose is designed to accommodate an infant or toddler up front and older toddler or small child in back. The older child can choose to either sit on the padded rear seat or stand on the back platform and hold on. Love this! Great for the age where your kiddo desires more independence, but you as a mom prefer to keep them close by.

Joovy’s signature oversized shade canopy has been designed with a sun visor extension that provides shade for both children and protection from the elements. Great coverage from harmful rays!

The large, sealed ball bearing wheels make this stroller super easy to push.
Even over grass the Caboose Ultralight gave a smooth ride!

The Joovy Parent Organizer is made of machine washable neoprene, the organizer has a rear zippered pocket that is perfect to securely store your keys, cell phone, camera, etc. and the dual cup holders will keep your drinks cool.

Front seat contains 5 point harness belt system as well as removable child tray.
The child tray is great for snacks, drinks or playing with toys!

Front foot rest is adjustable giving smaller babies a bit more comfort. This is especially nice when your child is reclining and taking a rest. Did I mention the Caboose Ultralight has a 3 position reclining front seat?!?! One child can be napping and you still have room for an older sibling to stand on the back for a ride!

The Caboose Ultralight comes with a large, deep storage basket with side pockets. Plenty of room for all your extras!

Slim fold for easy storage!

The Joovy Caboose Ultralight can even be used with an infant car seat! Every stroller comes with a universal car seat adapter. The adapter easily snaps into the tray housing and offers a snug ride for your baby. Joovy family gear has thought of everything! Click here for list of compatible infant car seats.

The Joovy Caboose Ultralight comes in 5 colors... Brownie (like mine), Blueberry, Orangie, Greenie, and Black. You can purchase this awesome double stroller directly from Joovy's online store for $269.99 (free USA shipping too!) or find a store near you! Click here.

I would love one of these strollers. I am pregnant with a baby due this November. I have used the same stroller for all my children for the past 11 years and I am ready for a new one. This one looks perfect and would definately meet my needs.

I also wanted to share with you that we have a Simply Organic giveaway going on at Weiser Academy.

Hope you and your readers will stop by and enter.
