Oh Katy Cloth Diaper Review & Giveaway!

Recently my husband and I made the decision to switch over to cloth diapers, so I was excited when Katie Garner from Oh Katy provided me with 4 of her diapers to review. Oh Katy makes fabulous One-Size Pocket Diapers made to fit your baby from 8 to 35 lbs. Each comes with 2 inserts, one full size adjustable and one newborn. The newborn insert can also be used as a doubler as your child grows. You have 9 vibrant colors to choose from when ordering your diapers. My husband decided he wanted in on the fun and picked out the Green Apple, Cherry, Twilight and Melon diapers for our son.

After opening up the diaper's the first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft they were! They have a microfleece inner that is not only soft against baby's skin, but also helps keep it dry after they have wet.

Having never used cloth diapers before, I was a little unsure of how our first experience would go. I am happy to report that the Oh Katy diaper's were a breeze. I had no trouble getting the diaper on correctly. There are hip snaps to help give you a snug fit around the legs, as well as the standard 3 snap rise to help you get the perfect fit for your child. I also really liked the elastic in the back, I didn't have any "blow outs", something that was becoming a huge problem with disposables.

My son is an extreme heavy wetter so I was excited to see how well these diaper's held up to his plentiful peeing. No leaks! Not even overnight. When I checked my son in the morning, the outside of his diaper was dry and so was his skin. I am thoroughly impressed! You will also notice in all these pictures how incredibly trim these diapers are. Just another success in the Oh Katy design. Overall, Oh Katy diapers get 2 thumbs up from me!
