Fluff Fest- Snap-Ez Cloth Trainers Review and $20 GC Giveaway!

Ask any parent, potty training is no an easy task! Most parents dread this time of life simply because of the daily messes you deal with. You want your child to willingly use the potty, but sometimes little ones just aren't ready! If your toddler isn't quite ready to go all day wearing underwear, cloth trainers are a great alternative!

First off, let me explain exactly what cloth training pants looks like. Cloth training pants come in a variety of styles. There is your "padded underwear" that basically buy you time before the urine sinks into the child's clothing. Then there is the trainer with the added layer of PUL for leak protection. The PUL trainers come in a variety of styles, some with a stuffable pocket and some built much like an AIO cloth diaper. No matter which trainer style you choose, cloth training pants allow your child to feel like a big boy/girl but give added protection against accidents. This is especially helpful for naptime and bedtime training!

As many of you know, I have a 3 year old that I have been trying to potty train for the past several months. It has been difficult and we are constantly running out of training pants. I was excited when Ruth, from Snap-Ez offered to let me review 2 of her training pant styles for Fluff Fest!

I was sent a couple pair of Snap-Ez trainers for review, an Eco AIO trainer and a pair of the Eco Natural training pants.

I am very impressed by the overall quality, fit and function of these trainers. I love that they both have stretchy waistbands, yet can be completely opened for easy clean up. There are 2 rows of snaps for size adjust-ability. They also both have built in soaker pads and are lightweight. I like this because they do not "feel" like diapers, an important factor when using training pants!

Now, what is the difference between the Eco AIO and the Eco Natural trainers? Let me answer that for you!

Snap-Ez Eco Natural Training Pants

The Eco Natural are made of super soft cotton knit fabric inside and out. They feature a built in soaker pad made of 4 layers of cotton velour for extra absorbency. Although these trainers are similar in style to the Snap-Ez Eco AIO and Stuffable trainer, these do not feature PUL. This means your child will feel wetness quicker. These should not be used for naps or overnight (unless you enjoy changing sheets!) but are great for daytime use for the child that is "almost there" in their training. The Eco Natural are available in white color only and cost $20 (sizes MD & LG). They are also available in youth sizes for an added $2.00.

One thing I appreciate most about the Snap-Ez trainers (both styles) is my toddler having the ability to pull his trainers up and down when it's potty time. There is no fuss to it, they go up and down quite easily! This is due to the ultra plush fold over elastic that surrounds the waist and legs of the trainers.

Snap-Ez Eco AIO Training Pants

The Eco AIO trainer is what you want for the beginner trainer or nap and bed times. These trainers contain a PUL waterproof outer and will "hold" any accidents your child may have. They have a ultra soft cotton velour inner that will allow your child to feel "wet" for easier training and a built in soaker made of 4 layers of cotton velour. These AIO trainers come in 11 fun colors or basic white. Cost is $22 (MD & LG sizes) and $2.00 extra for youth sizes.

My overall thoughts on the Snap-Ez trainers are that they are worth every penny! Not only are you supporting a WAHM, made in the USA company, but are also receiving great training pants. They work great, prevent numerous clean ups, and best of all keep those pricey disposable pull up trainers out of the landfills!
