We were thrilled when our InGenuity™ Perfect Place™ High Chair arrived on the doorstep, and Baby Lu even thought the girl on the box looked a little like her!

We were in need of a new high chair since we were not happy with the previous brand we owned and were looking for something that was more adjustable for our needs. I took the chair out of its box and found it very easy to assemble. Within 5 minutes I had the chair set up and ready for snack time!

Putting Lu in the seat was also very simple. InGenuity’s exclusive Swivel Away Tray™ makes it easy for a mom with a baby in one hand to swing the tray open with the push on one button.

I was able to secure her in the seat with the 5 point harness.She tends to wiggle, especially when she is all done and doesn’t want to wait for mom to come help her out of the seat. With the shoulder straps in place I knew she was safe, even when we opened the Swivel Away Tray™.

This harness also makes the seat safe if you want to remove the tray completely and roll the chair up to a table. The height of the InGenuity™ Perfect Place™ High Chair can be adjusted easily with the press of two buttons. This works great for our family since sometimes we like to have the kids sit right at the table for big family dinners. It took me a few tries to get the rings pressed with the correct pressure to slide the chair up and down, but just found that you need to apply equal pressure to each side as you pull.

Baby brother is on the way, so I tested the reclining options of the seat and was pleased once again with the ease of adjustment. With one hand you can adjust the recline position of the back of the seat as well as the leg rest. The head rest is even adjustable and is attached with a hook and loop strap so it will fit any youngster’s height, or can be completely removed.

When it is time to clean up after a meal the tray top easily removes and the EasyClean Insert™ is dishwasher safe.

The seat has a nice cover that can be wiped down or removed for washing. It doesn’t look like plastic and is very soft to the touch. I love the colors in the the Bella Vista Fashion chair that I received, and think they would blend in well with most any décor.

Once we had our InGenuity™ Perfect Place™ High Chair cleaned up after snack it was time to try out the storage options. I love that the chair folds up for storage and really appreciate that it even includes a place to put the tray in the back of the chair.

My mom was watching Baby Lu one day and was able to fold up the chair without any instructions. The buttons are all easy to find and simple to use.
