Oh Baby Extravaganza- Kolcraft Preferred Position 2 in 1 Bassinet Review and Giveaway!

Kolcraft is a name that most parents know and trust. And rightly so, as they have been making baby products for over 65 years!! What started out as an operation that made playpen pads out of cotton batting and oilcloth for post World War II babies, soon bloomed into the #1 crib mattress production in the nation. In the 1990's Kolcraft grew to include new products such as bassinets, activity centers, and strollers. They have also partnered with brand names such as Seasame Street, Jeep, and Sealy to make some of the best baby products available. And they are still the #1 crib mattress company around.

I was given the extreme privilege to review their new Preferred Position 2 in 1 Bassinet. This bassinet is so sweet!! It is made of some of the cutest fabric I have seen on a baby product in a long time. It was very easy to put together and, besides putting in the batteries in the electronic part, it didn't even require any tools!! The material is so soft and lush that I know that any baby would be very cozy in this bed! This bed is high quality with great attention given to each and every detail.

This bassinet comes with an incline sleep positioner that is very helpful for any baby that is suffering from reflux or even a cold. The positioner even has buckles so that you don't have to worry about your baby sliding to the bottom of the bed during the night.

The Incline Sleeper is very easy to remove.
Just unclip the clips and unsnap four snaps and you are done.

The Light Vibes electronic unit clips onto the foot end of this bassinet has lots of really neat options and features. It vibrates, plays music, nature sounds, and even has a night light. The vibration speed and strength can be adjusted as can the volume of the music.

Overall I am extremely impressed with this bassinet and I can't wait to snuggle a newborn into it!! The soft features of this bassinet paired with the newness of a newborn will be amazing! I have never had a bassinet to use with my babies and I am looking forward to having a place to put the baby that is safe and yet will fit in our small master bedroom. But, while I wait (patiently?) for my next newborn I will be allowing my neice to use this gem of a bed first and I can't wait to see her in it. I only have two more months to wait!!
