Menu Plan Monday- week of 9/17 - 9/23

 


Being a new mom to 2 under 2 has me a tad discombobulated in the kitchen! In fact, 3 times this week we didn't eat until after 7 and Little Man had to go to bed almost immediately after dinner. My poor starving family! Since we are used to eating no later then 6 o'clock I figured now that I'm starting to get the hang of things it's time to get back to my menu plans! So here you go!

Snacks For The Week:
 Fruits
Veggies

Monday:
B: French Toast w/ Fruit 
L: Leftovers Free For All
D : Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Meatballs w/ Brown Rice

Tuesday:
B: Eggs and Sprouted Toast
L: Sweet and Sour Meatballs
D: Roasted Chicken  w/ Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes and Salad

Wednesday:
B: Oatmeal and Fruit
D: Crock Pot Roast and Root Vegetables

Thursday:
B: Pumpkin Muffins w/ Cinnamon Struesel and Protein Shake
L: Sandwhiches
(Leftover chicken and broth made from the chicken bones)

Friday:
B: Cheesey Eggs and Fruit
L: Chicken Tetrazzini and Salad
D: Chicken Taco Soup

Saturday:
B - Overnight Monkey Bread w/ Protein Smoothie
L - Chicken Taco Salad (with some of the taco meat)
D -Vegetable Beef Soup 
(Use leftover roast and veggies)

Sunday: 
B: Eggs and Potatoes
L: Sandwiches 
D: Vegetable Stir Fry
