Menu Plan Monday- Week of 10/1 - 10/7



Its finally getting cold here and soup is on the menu! Fall is my favorite time of year to cook!

Snacks:
Fruits/Veggies
Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Monday:
B - Crock Pot Breakfast Burritos
L - Sandwiches
D - Chili Cheese Baked Potatoes
(Potatoes "Baked" in the Crock Pot)

Tuesday:
B - Protein Smoothies and Toast
L - Loaded Frito Pie
(avocado, sour cream, tomatoes, olives...)
D - Tuscan Tomato Chicken Soup and Salad

Wednesday:
B - Muffins and Eggs
L - Soup/Sandwich
D - Chicken Enchiladas w/ Chips and Fresh Salsa

Thursday:
B - Eggs and Fruit
L - Chicken Enchiladas
D - Stew and WW Biscuits

Friday:
B - Egg and Potatoes
L - Crock Pot Stew
D - White Bean Sausage Kale Soup

Saturday:
B - Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast w/ Fruit
L - Leftover Free For All
D -  Beer Chicken w/ Potatoes and Swiss Chard

Sunday:
B -Muffins and Eggs
L - Popcorn and Smoothies
D - Chicken Pot Pie
